Without mirin, sushi just doesnt taste like sushi for some reason. This seasoning makes sushi a bit vinegary, sweet and salty. Can't make sushi without. Cheap as a bottle last very long. Mix in when the rice is a bit warm and flip over. It has instructions on the bottle too. Happy

This is great tasting sushi seasoning. It makes the rice taste so nice and sticky. Wouldn't use anything else. The bottle lasts awhile too

The mixture is well balanced and easy to use. Just sprinkle the amount you need to your freshly cooked rice and you get the tasty sushi rice
