Photo Review of Obento Sushi Seasoning 250ml

Without mirin, sushi just doesnt taste like sushi for some reason. This seasoning makes sushi a bit vinegary, sweet and salty. Can't make sushi without. Cheap as a bottle last very long. Mix in when the rice is a bit warm and flip over. It has instructions on the bottle too. Happy
