This is pretty good. Not sure how much sugar but it does feel like it rehydrated you on a hot day.

This is a great alternative to buying individual sports drinks as it is a lot more economical. I like colour of the packaging and the different flavours it comes in.

This Staminade Orange flavour is one 🕜 of my personal favourites electrolyte power drinks that I perfer to purchase. Staminade Hydrate Electrolyte Orange flavour powder helps to physically hydrate you after fast heavy exercise. I personally recommend and receive immediate satisfaction and rapid replenishment of fluids when I use Staminade Hydrate. The other bonus is that Staminade Hydrate is also 25% in reduced sugars.

the reduced sugar adds an extra health benefit over competitor brands. Orange flavour is tasty and mixes easily no grainy texture

Great taste and easy to mix powder. I use it during workouts and after a walk/run. Very similar ingredients to Powerade and Gatorade but at a fraction of the cost. Always buy on sale and have a few in the cupboard. Only thing I wish there were more flavors, get a bit sick of just orange all the time. Be nice to have similar flavors to the other brands mentioned.
