Great taste and easy to mix powder. I use it during workouts and after a walk/run. Very similar ingredients to Powerade and Gatorade but at a fraction of the cost. Always buy on sale and have a few in the cupboard. Only thing I wish there were more flavors, get a bit sick of just orange all the time. Be nice to have similar flavors to the other brands mentioned.
