this is a 480g box of McCain brand of grilled chicken and bacon with creamy pasta bake. it is a pub size that is 50% larger. it is a microwave meal. from the picture on the front of the box, I can say it has chicken pieces, penne shape pasta, bacon, red capsicum, and parsley. there are other ingredients, but you can check the back of the box. I always buy this when I'm at my sister's house, because it is easy and simple to eat.

Super easy for a quick meal. Just need to put it into the microwave and stir it. And it is ready to serve. Of course the taste is just regular.

these are a wonderful, quick, tasty meal, I don't follow the directions to cook as I don't like my pasta runny, I cook for 8 mins, stir and then give it another 4 or 5.
