This is my favourite wheat free pasta. It’s super hard to find anything wheat free and this is a great product when you need to be on a gluten free diet. The only downside is the pasta gets mushy compared to the ones made out of wheat but otherwise i like that it’s fast to cook

this is not my favorite tasting pasta but I do buy it for for the health benefit as a way to sneak extra veggies, fibre and protein in to my sons diet.

for a gluten free pasta it holds together very well and doesn’t stick together. Is a great source of protein and fibre.
