Anyone else have a child who will only eat plain pasta? Because I do! I try cram in as many health benefits as I can so having the added protein makes me feel a little less guilty. I have purchased this a few times and he doesn’t notice the difference. It does take longer to cook though, almost 20 min.

I love this protein pasta. To me it tastes the same as regular pasta but it has 25% less carbs and twice the protein (24g per serving). Its really helping me hit my protein goals and lean out. The only con is that it takes slightly longer to cook - 18 to 20 mins rather than 10 mins so you just have to put it on a bit earlier. Overall would definitely recommend. Also, unlike a lot of other ‘protein’ products, it’s not that expensive which is great!

I’m currently on a weight loss journey and have almost lost 10 kg, this has been an amazing swap for me for my lunch and dinner meal prep, as it taste just as good as normal pasta but is helping me meet my macros, this pasta is also really good as when I freeze it for a weeks worth of meal. Preps the pasta doesn’t break up. It stays solid which I love as when I used to buy the really cheap penne pasta. It would pretty much disintegrate. Would definitely recommend will also be buying this when I’m off my weight loss journey!!!

I’ve found this high protein pasta an excellent replacement for typical pasta, it’s still got the familiar texture and flavour of typical pasta with the added benefit of additional protein so you get better nutritional value out of a serving than you otherwise would. Great tasting, fast cooking, high in protein so if you are looking to cut down on those carbs and used to avoid pastas, this one just might be your Knight in shining armour.
