I’ve found this high protein pasta an excellent replacement for typical pasta, it’s still got the familiar texture and flavour of typical pasta with the added benefit of additional protein so you get better nutritional value out of a serving than you otherwise would. I recommend this to gym-going people as a staple for pasta dishes, it’ll boost your protein intake as you’ll likely be cooking it with a bolognese sauce, seafood or plant proteins (like mushrooms, chickpeas etc.).
