Such an easy way to get in extra protein in a meal. The taste in my opinion isn’t much different to classic pasta. Always a delicious meal when it’s included.

A newer addition to my protein rotation. I use it in pasta salads and the taste is surprisingly good. The only negative is its slow to cook.

Pasta takes on sauce well. Isn’t the biggest packet and odd serving size but can be stretched to 4 servings

I’m currently on a weight loss journey and have almost lost 10 kg, this has been an amazing swap for me for my lunch and dinner meal prep, as it taste just as good as normal pasta but is helping me meet my macros, this pasta is also really good as when I freeze it for a weeks worth of meal. Preps the pasta doesn’t break up. It stays solid which I love as when I used to buy the really cheap penne pasta. It would pretty much disintegrate. Would definitely recommend will also be buying this when I’m off my weight loss journey!!!
