Such a great way to add extra protein to your meals. The pasta has a bit of a funny texture but once cooked and reheated you cannot tell the difference.

Anyone else have a child who will only eat plain pasta? Because I do! I try cram in as many health benefits as I can so having the added protein makes me feel a little less guilty. I have purchased this a few times and he doesn’t notice the difference. It does take longer to cook though, almost 20 min.
