I love this protein pasta. To me it tastes the same as regular pasta but it has 25% less carbs and twice the protein (24g per serving). Its really helping me hit my protein goals and lean out. The only con is that it takes slightly longer to cook - 18 to 20 mins rather than 10 mins so you just have to put it on a bit earlier. Overall would definitely recommend. Also, unlike a lot of other ‘protein’ products, it’s not that expensive which is great!

Really great pasta swap. The texture and flavour is pretty similar to regular pasta, but it has the added bonus of extra protein. Great alternative to keep on hand.
