it tastes a little different to tegular pasta and rhe texture is thicker but it tastes good and you adjust. easy way to make a vege pasta full of protein or to get sxtea protein with a meat based sauce.

the pasta is delcious and leaves you so filling. you can add anything to it making it a delcious alternative to regular pasta. i wish there was less carbs, and it is still quite expensive unless you get it on sale. but i 100% recommend the smart protein penne pasta.
