I was weary at first to try this as a lot of healthier food options are’nt very nice but it was nicer than I thought. I can definitely tell it’s different from normal pasta but doesn’t put me off eating it.

Absolutely recommend all the smart pastas. Great tasting, fast cooking, high in protein so if you are looking to cut down on those carbs and used to avoid pastas, this one just might be your Knight in shining armour. Packaging and serving size are as per industry standards. No broken pieces insider or anything like that. A quick tip - this pasta with rosella sauce and your choice of veggies or meat - O la la.

Recently I am starting to have low GI carbs and this is a good option, it has protein in it, so it is more beneficial compare with other pasta.

Really filling pasta, but still tastes good despite being a protein pasta. Slightly chewier when cooked.

if you are looking for a healthier pasta this is the one. it's got a lot more protein and less carbs without compromise on taste.
