This raw prawns extra large tail on is a good quality raw prawns. The size is big and the meat is fresh after defrost. It have the prawn flavour after defrost. Unlike other brands, it taste not really a prawn after defrost. I highly recommend to other people.

I usually buy few packs of raw prawns for making the different dishes. For example, Stir-fry the prawns with rice and noodles, add season with soy sauce, oyster sauce or stir-fry sauce. you can serve with vegetables as well. Besidea, cook the prawns with curry or Laksa. Cook curry paste or laksa paste in oil, add coconut milk and simmer, then add raw prawns near the end. Cook for 2–3 minutes only, until pink. Or make it as Garlic Butter Prawns. It is a simple but delicious side dish. First, melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, add raw prawns, season with salt and pepper. Then cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Add lemon juice or parsley to finish.

I turned the prawns into a paste to make dumplings and they came out quite delicious! not sure how it does on its own, but it works great as a paste. The tails are great to use for stock aswell albeit not many tails to use
