Cook curry paste or laksa paste in oil, add coconut milk and simmer, then add raw prawns near the end. Cook for 2–3 minutes only, until pink. Or make it as Garlic Butter Prawns. It is a simple but delicious side dish. First, melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic, add raw prawns, season with salt and pepper. Then cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Add lemon juice or parsley to finish.
