The size of these bright perfect for a family or if you’re just by yourself when he gets close to the use by date just pop it in the freezer and it is perfect. I love the wholemeal flavour. It feels a bit healthier and it’s a great for breakfast or sandwich sandwiches.

this is very healthy and those with cholesterol issues it includes many unsaturated fats so very healthy option and isn’t very grainy or seedy. you can pair it with a cholesterol low butter that has high amount of plant ester

Great bread !! It’s inexpensive, healthy and rich in flavour !! It’s nice and carb intense so protein is added !! Only wish it came in gluten free option !!
