a healthier choice in terms of wholemeal bread options. I typically go for rye as it's less carbs but I will have the helgas wholemeal every now and then. perfect for toast or fresh sandwiches and I have peace of mind I am putting in a healthy choice in my tummy. no conplaints from me!
