This Peter Drumstick mini ice cream vanilla is very delicious, we love the nuts, creamy chocolate, waffle cones are very satisfying to our taste buds. ice cream also provides nutrients like calcium, Vit D & B12 which supports strong bones and a healthy immune system. However ice cream is also high in sugar and saturated fats which cause damage to our liver and can spikes our Blood sugar leading to Diabetes . The dairy in ice cream can also gives stomach upse. Drumsticks have been a favourite of mine for almost 60 years. These are the “mini” version which means they are about two thirds the size of a standard Drumstick. The ice cream is as creamy as always, the cone nice and crunchy, the chocolate is perfect and then there’s the sprinkling of nuts on top to finish it off. Perfection!
