I used McKenzie’s fine desiccated coconut and it was really good quality. The texture was soft and evenly fine, which made it perfect for baking and desserts. It mixed in smoothly without clumping and gave a nice, natural coconut flavor. I used it in cakes and also sprinkled some over yogurt, and it tasted fresh and light. A great pantry staple for adding that coconut touch to recipes.
