It melts beautifully, making it ideal for cooking, sautéing, and baking. Whether used in pastries, sauces, or simply spread on bread, butter brings a satisfying richness that’s hard to replace.

It's butter.. nothing special. If the home brand was available would have gone with that as it's cheaper but this does the job

Highly recommend using this Western-style salted butter. It is cultured, it is very good quality, very creamy, authentic, and contains minimal ingredients, and it's very natural as well. Highly recommend.

only second to lurpak. love baking with western star. my cookies always turn out the right level of soft and brittle. best advice from my mum - never ever cheap out on butter if you are putting in the effort to bake home made stuff!

This western star butter is always competitively priced. It has a long shelf life when left in the fridge and tastes great either as a spread or for cooking.

we use this to bake cake, it's out our the fridge for a few hours to room temperature,so when we mix with eggs it's nice creamy and frothy, not clumpy on the mixer beaters. not vary salty,it can be used on toasties as well.

This Western Star Unsalted Butter is pretty good. I mainly use it for cooking - scones, apple crumble etc. I prefer a softer spread for sandwiches and toast.

Tastes like proper butter. Great for baking and putting in mashed potatoes. I use easy spread for bread/toast as find this a little hard straight from the fridge.

I’ve used this butter on toast and to make ghee—it’s rich, creamy, and melts beautifully. The flavour is clean and pure, with no overpowering saltiness. It gave my homemade ghee a lovely golden colour and smooth texture. Definitely one of the better-quality butters I’ve tried.

Western Star is my favourite brand of butter, and I use it almost weekly in a variety of recipes. Some recipes call for unsalted butter, such as scones, cakes and other baking. This Western Star Unsalted Chef’s Choice Butter Block allows you to control the salt content of the dish, yet still retains the great Western Star flavour.

I’m not butter expert but this is my favourite for cooking with. Cheaper than some of the other brands and I always go the unsalted version so I can add and adjust my own salt as needed.

This butter always makes it on my shopping list. It’s so diverse, you can use it baking, cooking, or simply just spreading it on your toast. It’s a smooth, creamy butter, I’ve never looked any further.
