I’ve used this butter on toast and to make ghee—it’s rich, creamy, and melts beautifully. The flavour is clean and pure, with no overpowering saltiness. It gave my homemade ghee a lovely golden colour and smooth texture. Definitely one of the better-quality butters I’ve tried.
