Tastes like proper butter. Great for baking and putting in mashed potatoes. I use easy spread for bread/toast as find this a little hard straight from the fridge.

I’ve used this butter on toast and to make ghee—it’s rich, creamy, and melts beautifully. The flavour is clean and pure, with no overpowering saltiness. It gave my homemade ghee a lovely golden colour and smooth texture. Definitely one of the better-quality butters I’ve tried.

Western Star is my favourite brand of butter, and I use it almost weekly in a variety of recipes. Some recipes call for unsalted butter, such as scones, cakes and other baking. This Western Star Unsalted Chef’s Choice Butter Block allows you to control the salt content of the dish, yet still retains the great Western Star flavour.

Great product and even though it is unsalted it still tastes great. Lovely to cook with also melts beautifully.

I’m not butter expert but this is my favourite for cooking with. Cheaper than some of the other brands and I always go the unsalted version so I can add and adjust my own salt as needed.

This butter always makes it on my shopping list. It’s so diverse, you can use it baking, cooking, or simply just spreading it on your toast. It’s a smooth, creamy butter, I’ve never looked any further.
