It is denser than most breads and has a good degree of softness and is also delicious toasted. Doesn't fall apart very easy. Most amazing is that this bread is low GI (34) according to the packaging, so it's really quite healthy. Low GI, delicious, keep you full.

Like the health benefits of the whole wheat and added seeds. Is a bit pricey but the fact it is cruelty free outweighs any other bread on the shelf.
