A delicious after-dinner dessert, or a snack on the go. Not too sweet, nice and creamy and with enough room at the top to stir in a little muesli or some nuts. Yum.

Yummy. I felt this was a lot less sweeter than its bigger packaging of that in a tub, which is good thing as the tub is a little too sweet I feel. The flavour is so tasty. It’s packed with a just nice tangy punch followed by good sweetness and the yoghurt feeling. So good. This size is perfect for snacking a hunger crave. Or have it as a side or dessert to your meals.

Tamar Valley make beautiful yoghurt, but this strawberries and cream flavor is our family’s favorite! This individual serve is perfect for on the go or in a lunch box. So creamy and delicious. Highly recommend

As far as yoghurts go it’s pretty good, I generally avoid them because of dairy intolerance but a little bit like this seems to be ok.. supposed to be good for you too right? The brand has a pretty good reputation, definitely prefer the taste over generic bigger brands, good to buy Australian.. even better on sale
