I love Tamar Valley yoghurt and Strawberries & Cream is my favourite. When I was working I had it everyday for morning tea and now I am retired it is my afternoon treat. I also sometimes have a tub for lunch with a banana. It is filling. I love the creamy texture and the perfect amount of strawberries. The Tamar Valley is a beautiful part of Tasmania. No wonder the yoghurt is so good.
