Love reduced fat French vanilla yogurt very smooth and silky and creamy, eat it for breakfast, a snack or dessert, sometimes I freeze them for a cold dessert in summer

Vaalia Probiotic French Vanilla Yoghurt is a live cultured probiotic yoghurt that contains billions of live and active probiotic cultures (their special, trademarked LGG and BB-12 probiotic) to help boost digestion and immunity. Taste and texture is okay on its own but I often add protein powder to it for overnight oats.

good size for my work breakfast. great flavour have it on its own or with some fruit. good deal in the 4 pack. lots of great vitamins and minerals in each tub

There are much better probiotic yogurt than this, however for the price, this is the best. I bought it for 4 dollars. Could find in coles and woolies at half price too if you are lucky
