Vaalia Probiotic French Vanilla Yoghurt is a live cultured probiotic yoghurt that contains billions of live and active probiotic cultures (their special, trademarked LGG and BB-12 probiotic) to help boost digestion and immunity. Taste and texture is okay on its own but I often add protein powder to it for overnight oats.
