This is the yummiest tartare sauce I have come across! It’s thick and creamy and has a nice tang to it that goes well with any type of fish. I also like that it comes in a jar rather than a cheap plastic squeezy bottle, it makes it feel a bit fancier. The ingredients list is better than other brands on the market too which is appealing. Another great sauce from Birch & Waite!
