so good with any fish or seafood. I loved eating this with my favourite fishfingers. but I have also tried adding it as a salad dressing and that worked for me as well. all the birch & Waite products are made from high quality ingredients. love them all

The Birch and Waite rich tartare seafood sauce is one of my favourite tartare sauce. it’s made in Australia from at least 87% Australian ingredients. It’s a very rich creamy tartare with a little bit of tongue and goes great with any fish seafood dish.

hands down best Tartar sauce ever taste homemade we always have at least 2 in the fridge as we go through a lot each week. it’s creamy with just the right amount of tangy it’s not sickening at all it adds a brilliant flavour to everything it touches. we eat it with chicken fish and steak along with potatoes or veggies it elevates the dish and honestly does not taste like it came from a jar very fresh with real ingredients inside not number filler or fake flavours. it’s smooth and delicious

Absolutely delicious. Does not taste commercially made. Has a fresh zing and creaminess. I pair it with not only fish but also chicken. Adds flavour to your fish or chicken meals. Also is devine in a burger. Repeat purchase! Lastly, I appreciate the 8 week after opening shelf life in fridge-not that it needs to last that long in our house.
