I like these magnesium tablets. you get 200 tablets in a bottle so it’s value for money. I trust the brand and the tablets are easy to swallow. it’s Australian made and the bottle is easy to open and use. it’s keeps fresh in the bottle for long. it’s on sale sometimes.

As a busy mum I often get muscle cramps and feel run down, so I started taking these. They’re easy to take and I’ve definitely noticed fewer cramps, especially at night. I like that it’s a trusted brand and affordable too.

I take one everyday for muscle cramps. I haven't had a cramps since taking them. Best buy when on half price. They are big tablets so might be difficult to swallow for some people.

tablets are on the bigger side and not coated so just be mindful if you struggle to take tablets, otherwise great!

take this every night to help sleep and also cramps. I think it works very well, I sleep better and don’t seem to get as many cramps as I used to. great product
