These Woolworths Traditionsl Rolled Oats are a fantastic nutrient bomb to have in your pantry. I personally use them to bulk prepare overnight oats with seeds, fruit, Greek yogurt and nuts and a little bit of preparation on a Sunday equates a week’s worth of nutrient-dense breakfasts ready for the next four mornings. For less than $2 a pack, they are a filling and nourishing way to start your day!

Nice and simple rolled oats. I like pairing with soy milk, heat up in microwave, add blueberries/strawberries - perfect healthy breakfast!
