An excellent budget option. I use these rolled oats in overnight oats, as well as cooked & the quality is good. Once cooked, they are creamy & nutritious. I always have a packet in my pantry.

this comes in handy when I am baking or making breakfast. I find that having these in the pantry on hand makes it easy to cook up basic cookies, muffins and slices. these mix well for porridge too.
