Oats Woolworths brand is super cheap cost effective alternative. Can’t find a difference in a branded. Tastes just the same. Healthy breakfast or used to make in muffins and muesli bar

Definitely best price item for breakfast. Easy to cook , just use hot water. My dad always had this with some nuts and dried fruits. It’s yummy and nutritious. Just $ 1.6 which is cheap.

Super cheap. I always soak in milk and yoghurt over night. Add fruit in the morning for a delicious breakfast hot or cold.
