I was surprised that good quality mince costs so much now. This was $18 for a kilo. I generally use it for lasagna, spaghetti sauce, rissoles or meatloaf. When making a meat sauce I add TVP textured vegetable protein to make it go further. No one in my family has noticed.

Woolworths beef meats always nice when I buy it I usually buy mince probably twice a week as it’s a handy product to have in the fridge or the freezer. It’s one of the go to mates. I think everyone does bye and this one’s always.

lovely mince, not to much oil from it. Lovely to make spag, rissoles, Sheppards pie, just too many things but perfect.

we like the lean mince. even though they say to use regular mince for spaghetti bolognaise, we like less fat and not having that fatty film around the mouth feeling 👍🏼

always a staple to have in the fridge. can freeze it easily in portions or cook all at once. it’s versatile and can be use for tacos, spaghetti bolognaise, stir fry’s , baking, pretty much anything that requires mince meat
