I like this yogurt. No problems with it. I use it to cook as well as to eat and it works well. Good flavour.

It is thick, creamy, and works well for sweet and savoury dishes. It has a rich texture and a mild tang, so it's great on its own, with fruit, or as a base for dips and dressings. The plain version isn’t overly sour, so it's better than traditional Greek yoghurts. One downside is that it’s not as protein-packed or dense as some premium brands.
