so iv been buying this product for the last 2 years i prefer the woolwprths brand over other brands beacuase its fat free low in sodium high in protien it has a 4.5 star health rating and is responsibly caute tuna and dolphin friendly its not too fishy and is perfect for salads pasta pr rice dishes. i mix it woth browm rice and beans for an extra protien fibre kick thats low in fat carbs and sodium.
