This cheese used to have a good flavour, however I am noticing now that most blocks taste similar to chewing on rubber. when it's melted on spaghetti or grilled on a toasty it seems to unlock some flavour. I wish they didn't do whatever they did to change it

Hillview tasty cheese block was just that, tasty. Price was pretty good also. Many great uses. Would definitely buy this cheese again.

Absolutely love this cheese. It’s not too cheesy, it’s not strong it’s just the perfect amount of tasty. So good to use for a party as little snack bites or perfect to have in sandwiches.

Great tasting cheese. Grate this cheese use it for potato bake. Spaghetti bowl, quiche after I’ve grated it.
