2-Star Review of Hillview Cheese Block 1kg

This cheese used to have a good flavour, however I am noticing now that most blocks taste similar to chewing on rubber. when it's melted on spaghetti or grilled on a toasty it seems to unlock some flavour. I wish they didn't do whatever they did to change it
