I like Woolworths Bay Leaf Fresh Herb for its enhanced flavour in cooking, providing a pleasant aroma. Bay leaves are magical. I couldn't imagine my kitchen without them. I used bay leaves to make gelato, and it was amazing. It would also be great in any custard or pudding. I also make Bay leaf syrup for some great cocktails, too. I always drop one in a pan when I'm deglazing for a pan sauce. Pot roasts, stews, soup, and beans usually get some, too.
