I like Woolworths Bay Leaf Fresh Herb for its enhanced flavour in cooking, providing a pleasant aroma. Bay leaves are magical. I couldn't imagine my kitchen without them. I used bay leaves to make gelato, and it was amazing. It would also be great in any custard or pudding. I also make Bay leaf syrup for some great cocktails, too. I always drop one in a pan when I'm deglazing for a pan sauce. Pot roasts, stews, soup, and beans usually get some, too.

the bay leaf herbs smells so good and i put them together with the pork. boiling them for 30 minutes and the porky smell would be reduced.

Love using these in a wide variety of recipes from all kinds of regions Using these in chicken based pasta dishes can really set them apart from an otherwise sub standard tasting meal The ones provided fresh from Woolworths are a good size and quality and reasonably priced considering the use you get out of them
