Good value for money, you can strip the leaves from the stalks quite easily with your fingers, roughly chop both the leaves and the stalks so you have chopped kale ready to add to smoothies and dishes (or freeze for later use), then the stalks you can season with something acidic and an oil (e.g. balsamic glaze and olive oil) then put in a fan-forced oven for ~30 mins at 170-180 degrees Celsius to make a tasty treat with zero food waste.
