I find this kale is a good quality. The leaves are reasonably fresh & thick. I find it perfect for either sautéed with olive oil & garlic or baked as chips.

It’s January, & the quality of the kale has been excellent. Lovely, fresh, dark green leaves. Perfect eaten fresh, sautéed with garlic or even roasted.
