5-Star Review of Green Kale

This is one of those greens I keep buying because it’s so versatile and nourishing. The leaves are sturdy and hold up well in salads once massaged, but they’re just as good sautéed or added to soups. I like that it stays fresh longer than softer greens in the fridge. It has a hearty texture and a slightly earthy flavour that works well in both simple and more filling meals.
