These are so versatile that they can be used in literally anything! We bought them to cook in hot pot specifically, but we could think of so many other ways to use them. They are even delicious eaten raw! They are crunchy and sweet and are a dream when soaked up with soup. The small size is perfect for single serving too. Easy to clean and even easier to cook. The lettuce is generally good but the cold chain storage is a problem. Bought some and it was so cold it was frozen - as freezing destroys the lettuce leaves it compromises the product. Wouldn’t purchase unless I was physically able to see the product prior to purchase.
