cabbage is an underrated vegetable. Use this in salad. Or fry with bacon touch of garlic makes a good side to a meal.

I like their quarter green cabbage. No need to keep it in the fridge for too long if I don't plan on cooking the whole cabbage. They are often very fresh and in good condition.
