Got this on special at Woolworths delicious and tasty Powerade great blue colour sports drink. Have a nice like a bubblegum blast flavour delicious and tasty full of energy.

My daughter trains really hard with aerobics - usually 3hr sessions and often multiple days back to back. I always encourage her to replenish with Powerade when training is extra full on or when competitions are on. she loves the taste/flavour and the way it hydrates her thirst without bloating.

the sipper cap makes it so easy to sip and go. the flavour is not too sweet and the drink really helps with hydration during a high intensity workout. you can get away with drinking at room temperature but I prefer it cold.
