There are 8 individual sachets in.the box and I like how there are three flavours namely Berry, banana and vanilla. This allows me to try different flavours each morning. I look forward my breakfast because of that. The best is that it's so easy to prepare, just add milk/water and microwave for 1.5 minutes. I can also prepare a cold one from night before and let it cool in the fridge overnight.

I like Uncle Tobys' Oats Sachets Protein Variety for their convenience and deliciousness. This is the perfect quick breakfast. I was genuinely obsessed with this for a while, I chopped up some bananas, mixed them with oat milk and microwaved as instructed - it’s the perfect warm brekkie for a cold winter day
