There are 8 individual sachets in.the box and I like how there are three flavours namely Berry, banana and vanilla. This allows me to try different flavours each morning. I look forward my breakfast because of that. The best is that it's so easy to prepare, just add milk/water and microwave for 1.5 minutes. I can also prepare a cold one from night before and let it cool in the fridge overnight.
