Spinach is always a great addition to curries, pasta sauces, soups and salads. We always buy bigger bags than we need so that we always have leftovers, or otherwise so we can make sure we get even more leafy greens in our dishes because, as we all know, spinach wilts down to what seems like such an insignificant amount! Tasty and fresh we love eating spinach! My only qualm is that the bags seem so large compared to the amount of product inside which feels like a paste of plastic…. would love to see this change!

I go through 3 packs of this a week as I have salad everyday and prefer spinach over lettuce. I like the Cole’s brand baby spinach as it seems to have smaller stems than the others and a sweeter flavour, I also get less yukky leaves so that’s a bonus
