White potatoes that are pre-washed and ready to cook after a quick rinse under water to ensure cleanliness. Packets of potatoes are usually fresh and so far so good without any spoiled or rotten ones in the bag.

Bought the Coles Baby White Potatoes Prepacked 2kg the other day. It was convenient having it pre-washed and ready to use. Nice taste and texture. Potatoes can be used many ways - boiling, roasting, mashing and baking. However 2kg might be too much for 1 person or a couple.
